1. Shipping Charges
All purchases are subject to shipping charges unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional offer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, and applicable Australia Post rates.

3. International Shipping
Yarra Vale Wine ships to most international destinations where legally permitted.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that wine imports are permitted in their country and that all local laws are complied with.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to:
-
Customs inspections

Import duties
-
Local taxes (including VAT or GST where applicable)
-
Excise charges
-
Brokerage or clearance fees
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

Wine may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

Australia Post or its delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery. If suitable identification cannot be provided, the parcel may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Authority to Leave
Where permitted, customers may authorise Australia Post to leave a parcel in a safe location.
If Authority to Leave is selected, Yarra Vale Wine is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been recorded by Australia Post.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are complete and accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:
-
additional shipping charges may apply;

retain the original packaging;
-
provide photographs of the damage where possible.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy if goods are lost or damaged before delivery.
